Park, Recreation and Open Space Advisory Committee (PROSAC) is a 23 person citizens' advisory committee that submits written comments to Rec and Park on its proposed Strategic, Capital and Operational Plans. Appointed by Supervisors, members of the committee also serve as liaisons between the Commission and the residents, neighborhood groups and organizations dedicated to park and recreational issues.
